Our real estate practice aims to assist domestic and foreign investors in (i) entry into Vietnam real estate market, (ii) development and operation of real estate projects, and (iii) implementation of real estate transactions. Residential Property

We can advise real estate developers and investors in conducting due diligence, formulating investment capital mobilization and sale structure for housing residential projects, transfer of housing project either as an independent project or as a part of a complex project, and various relevant legal issues (such as land allocation, land clearance, capital contribution, project implementation schedule, etc.). We can draft, review, advise and negotiate contracts for capital mobilization purposes, sale and purchase of residential houses, construction contracts, sale consultancy agreements, management agreement, and brokerage agreements, etc.

Industrial Property
