Local counsel for Large (BOT) Power Projects (*)

We are one of the few local law firms in Vietnam with in-depth experience in the development of large power projects. Therefore, our team can cooperate with other international law firms to advise clients in all aspects of a large power project in particular BOT projects. Our lawyers have dealt with all types of power projects from gas-fired projects, coal-fired projects and now LNG to power projects. We can assist project sponsors or lenders in incorporating project companies, permitting issues, negotiating with local counterparties or authorities (e.g., EVN), drafting local law contracts (e.g., land lease agreement), local security package, and other local law issues.
